Job description be familiar with the product offerings and assist customer with product choices, suggest add-on items and loyalty program. Act quickly to address customer concerns and provide resolutions. Assist customer in a smooth payment and check out process. Assist with safe management measures and other duties assigned.

Requirements preferably 1 year experience in frontline retail operations. Passionate about retail and customer service. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, good attitude, willing to learn and able to multi-task. Able to work retail hours/shifts, including weekends and public holidays. For full-time position: 5-day work week.
