Now, we’re on the lookout for a Sales & Events Administrator to join the team at Funlab in Abbotsford - someone who’s passionate about people, driven by fun, and ready to create unforgettable experiences.
This role is currently a fixed term contract until 19 December 2025.

What You'll Do
Facilitate the distribution of sales / events leads to appropriate Sales & Events Coordinators
Assist in coordinating, organising and confirming ‘finals’ for guests; final arrangements for events; final payments for events
Process payments, including handling refund and booking transfer requests
Maintain data integrity of sales records and guest profiles
Provide excellent customer service in every interaction with guests and venue teams
Manage time and tasks productively, with a high level of attention to detail
Support the broader Sales & Events teams by keeping sales data updated and accurate
What You've Got
Previous administrative experience in a high-volume environment
Natural ability to be highly organised and capable of managing multiple tasks
Proficient in email management and data entry
Demonstrated ability to prioritise competing tasks and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Well organised planner who works well under timeline pressures
Proactive, ability to work autonomously, with a sense of urgency and a positive can-do attitude
Proven ability to build and manage relationships with different stakeholders
A burning desire to show what you've got and what heights you can take the business!
