Located within walking distance from North Ryde Station with a brand-new furnished office, this is the ideal workplace for any sales estimator looking for a new challenge with the responsibility of contributing to the tendering team on the ever-growing KDR sector of the business. The role as a sales estimator, you will be given the opportunity to develop and hone your skills. Your responsibilities will include the following preparing tenders from start to finish for the kdr division, interpreting and analysing site information to determine site costs for projects, reviewing custom designs of homes and identifying challenges for construction as well as cost-saving opportunities, assisting the production estimating team where required to help produce bill of quantities when the team get busy, liaising with the sales team to ensure client briefs are met in tenders as well as meeting deadlines where required, pricing up variations and client design changes as part of the tendering process as well as during the pre-construction phase of the project lifecycle. About you as a sales estimator you will ideally have excellent organisational, time management and communication skills, 3-5 years experience in an estimating role within the project homes or custom homes sector, tertiary education majoring in building or construction management or certificate 4 in building, trade experience will be highly regarded for this role, experience using databuild and planswift ideal but not essential, the ideal candidate will be required to start as soon as possible, interviews will be held immediately, so apply now.
