The Opportunity
As a Sales Enablement Specialist based in Australia, you will play a vital role in supporting the global sales team’s effectiveness and productivity. You’ll be responsible for implementing enablement initiatives, building sales resources, and coordinating training that empowers our sellers to win.
This is a collaborative, hands-on role that will work closely with Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and Sales Leadership to ensure consistent execution of enablement programs aligned to business goals. Although APAC will be your primary region of support, you will also contribute to global enablement initiatives as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance the Sales Enablement SharePoint site with up-to-date, well-organized, and relevant content
Support enablement programs by coordinating and facilitating training sessions, assisting with onboarding, and maintaining learning paths
Create and maintain sales tools including playbooks, templates, job aids, FAQs, and process documentation
Build and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards to track enablement KPIs and sales metrics
Partner with Sales Ops to identify performance gaps and inform training and coaching priorities
Assist with the creation of digital training content including video tutorials, quick-reference guides, and eLearning modules
Administer and support enablement tools such as Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Consensus, and others
Gather and incorporate feedback from field sales teams across APAC to continuously improve enablement strategy and execution
Serve as a regional point of contact to ensure alignment of global enablement strategy with local needs
Your current skillset will include:
2+ years of experience in a Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Revenue Enablement role
Strong experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Salesforce (report and dashboard creation)
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Comfortable working independently while staying connected to a global team

Desirable:
Experience with Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and/or Consensus
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital learning platforms
Ability to design and deliver visually engaging sales content
Background in working with cross-cultural and remote teams
