About the role as a Sales Development Representative, you play the critical first step in helping us achieve our mission. Your role is to follow up on warm leads, educate our clients about the benefit of receiving financial advice, and translate this to an appointment with one of our qualified Financial Advisers.

Your day-to-day will look something like this call and contact warm leads every day, promoting the value of our service with the aim to convert into appointments in line with our KPIs and values.

Establish a warm, honest connection with our clients by wanting to champion our products and better their lives with solid financial advice. Engage with our Financial Advisers, this relationship is crucial for our success, so you will be actively working together on a daily basis.

Training and development, we are an agile business so you can expect to be upskilled regularly. Full training will be provided on our courses and systems - as well as continuous coaching in sales skills, strategies, and techniques.

Reporting to the Sales Development Team Leader, you will gain new skills that continuously improve your people skills, calling techniques, and performance.

More specific to the role, you will also have 1 – 2 years experience in equivalent sales, call centre or similar role. A genuine love of talking to people. Confident and dynamic personality. Strong rapport and relationship-building skills. Resilience and ability to handle knockbacks. IT literacy and ability to adapt to new technology. A clean credit and police check.
