Location Redhill, Salary $2500 - $3000, Working Days: 5.5 Days.

Job scopes manage sales accounts to achieve Company’s overall sales objectives. Generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets. Develop and execute sales strategy to meet sales target. Develop new accounts and expand sales in Singapore. Manage existing accounts and seek new business prospect. Strengthen relationship and build rapport with customers. Provide professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers. Manage and ensure prompt payment by customers.

Work closely with logistics team to coordinate delivery schedules and be the liaison between senior management and logistics department head. Assist to manage the delivery driver team in ensuring drivers’ proper compliance with all company rules, regulations and SOPs. Bring issues affecting drivers to the attention of management and relevant department. Inform management of any misuse of company vehicles.

Assist in organizing driver's work load and delivery routes in the most efficient way possible, including the coordination of leave taking to ensure minimal disruption to the team. Oversee new driver training. Participate in hiring and recruitment process of new drivers. Provide accountability to management in case of any breakdown in operations or function. Participate in end of year performance appraisals. Perform deliveries of goods/ samples to customers. Any other tasks assigned.

Requirements at least 3 Year(s) of sales experience in food industries company. Candidates with sales experience for food products to industry food producers would be a plus point. Valid class 3 driver's licence. A good team player well adapted to fast pace environment. Possess strong sales Initiative. Possess good communication & marketing skills.
