Responsibilities maintain employees & clients database and networks, support sales executive in preparation of attendance list and any other administrative work, coordinate employees to fill job orders from clients, assist in the updating of employee information and work schedule, ensure that working hours provided by clients and employees correspond, follow up on any discrepancies, prepare weekly payroll and facilitate the transfer of payment to employees. Requirements at least an n/o level, professional certificate/ nitec, diploma or bachelor degree, no experience is welcome, excellent communication skills, able to work independently as well as be a team player, proficient in the use of microsoft word, excel, powerpoint.
