We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team in the New Zealand market. In this role, you’ll use your sales coordinator & events expertise and interpersonal skills to engage, support, and drive growth for our clients’ associates.

What You’ll do support business objectives and deliver successful outcomes. Identify, support, and develop associates to increase enrolments and sales coordination. Track and assist associates in achieving incentives and rank advancements.

Organise and present at meetings, events, and roadshows (including offsite and after-hours). Leverage social media to promote the brand and engage with associates. Collaborate with marketing to execute product training and branding initiatives. Coordinate recognition programs, reporting, and associate support activities.

What We’re Looking for bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Mandarin-English Bilingual. At least 3 years of experience in direct selling or coordination or administration support. Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Detail-oriented and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
