Sales coordinator Mondays to Thursdays 8:30am to 6:00pm, Fridays 8:30am to 5:30pm, Alternate Saturdays 8:30am to 12 noon, Salary range $2,000 to $3,000, Working location Pandan Road (company transport at Clementi MRT).

Duties shall include but not limited to the followings acts as customer / sales force liaison for quote / order clarification, interchange of technical and commercial data and the resolution of questions and problems. Follow up quotation with customer. Processes customer orders. Coordinate between Sales and Production. Ensure that customer requirement is understood by Production.

Issue material requisition form. Coordinate documentation for shipment. Organizes and maintain reference files. Coordinates customer credit rating with Accounts Department and assures the limits are not exceeded in placing orders. Assist Accounts Department to follow up on payment. Consolidation monthly sales report. Any other ad hoc assignments.

Requirements minimum 1 year relevant work experience is preferable, Experience in marine, engineering, O&G industry, NTC equivalent & above, Good communication skills, Working knowledge of MS Office, Singaporean only.
