Sales Coordinator location Clementi / Upper Bukit Timah, West. Job Type Full-Time.

Duties shall include but not limited to the followings acts as customer / sales force liaison for quote / order clarification, interchange of technical and commercial data and the resolution of questions and problems. Follow up quotation with customer. Processes customer orders. Coordinate between Sales and Production. Ensure that customer requirement is understood by Production. Issue material requisition form.

Coordinate documentation for shipment. Organizes and maintain reference files. Coordinates customer credit rating with Accounts Department and assures the limits are not exceeded in placing orders. Assist Accounts Department to follow up on payment. Consolidation monthly sales report. Any other ad hoc assignments.

Requirements minimum 1 year relevant work experience is preferable. Experience in marine, engineering, O&G industry sales experience is preferable. Working knowledge of MS Office.
