Responsibilities to perform all kind of general admin duties such as data entry, answering phone call and reply email. To handling PO, DO, contract & quotation. Attend to customer via phone and email, response to enquiries. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. Support staff travel oversea, arrangement of air ticket, hotel and visa etc.

To assist sales and marketing team member. Handling air import and export documentation, permit declaration and incoterms. Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity. Other duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements candidate must possess 3 years relevant working exprience (export logistic). Computer literate. Possess good communication skill. Willing to work multitask and able to work in fast paced environment.
