About you and the role electricity Wizard is on the hunt for driven individuals seeking an opportunity to work within a vibrant call centre environment. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to help customers compare their energy plans with Australia's #1 trusted and rated comparison service for energy plans.

Key role details full-time position (38 hours per week) available with early Friday finishes. Extensive product and sales training provided. Sales/Customer Service experience is not essential but is preferred. Daily and weekly commissions paid weekly, with incentives and bonuses.

Operation hours of 9am-8pm Monday to Thursday, 9am-6pm Fridays & 9am-3pm Saturdays- Rotating roster for late shifts. Transparent salary scaling. Fringe CBD location operating within a vibrant, youthful sales-driven culture. Opportunity to venture into different sectors/verticals of the company e.g Health, Broadband, etc.

Skills and experience able to demonstrate that you can build rapport and deliver quality service. Ability to communicate in a clear and confident manner. Excellent phone mannerisms. Able to multitask, retain information and work well under pressure. A 'can do' attitude. Strong business sense and ability to reach sales targets.

Main tasks include, but are not limited to working to ensure that sales go smoothly and are compliant with guidelines. Achieve agreed upon sales targets, KPIs and outcomes. Ensure that leads are being utilised.

Follow up with clients and ensuring satisfaction with services. Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and assisting customers to resolve any issues or questions that they might have.
