About the role

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for helping people and a talent for inbound & outbound sales? At ConnectNow, an AGL-owned business, we’re on a mission to make moving home easier for Australians by connecting them to essential services like electricity, internet, and more – all in one call.

We’re looking for motivated, reliable, and resilient individuals to join our vibrant team in Docklands with a Monday 1st December start date.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Helping customers tick off their moving to-do list by connecting electricity, gas, internet, insurance, and more—all in one friendly call.

Listening like a pro and recommending the best services to suit their needs

Keeping things compliant—because we love a high NPS and doing things right.

A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to bounce back from challenges.

Reliability – we value team members who show up and support each other.

Juggling multiple systems like a tech-savvy superstar.

Being the friendly face (or voice!) that real estate partners and clients love to work with

What You’ll Bring:

A background in sales, retail, or hospitality

A warm, confident phone manner and a genuine love for helping people

Availability for full-time, in-office training

A can-do attitude, a team-first mindset, and the ability to hit KPIs

Flexibility to work a rotating roster, with the occasional Saturday morning

What’s In It For You:

$67,000.00 including super, or OTE of $80,000+ with monthly commissions of $1,500–$5,000 for top performers
