What You’ll need real Estate Sales Representative’s License. Certificate IV in Property Services (completed). Current driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

The Roles This is a fantastic opportunity to join an elite sales team within the Ray White network. Your responsibilities will include engaging with buyers through callbacks and proactive sales activities. Attending and assisting with mid-week and Saturday open homes. Supporting auction campaigns. Conducting client outreach (cold, warm, and hot leads) through calls, door-knocking, and letterbox drops.
Managing and expanding our client database. Assisting senior team members with property research and appraisals. Attending building inspections and property valuations. Performing limited administrative tasks. Please note This is not a remote role and requires in-person attendance.
About you previous experience in a similar role is advantageous. Confident in making calls and engaging with clients. Punctual, proactive, and self-motivated. Familiarity with professional systems and technology. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
Strong customer service skills and a high attention to detail. Willingness to work outside of standard business hours when needed. Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in writing. Eager to learn and grow within a high-performing team. Positive energy and a “can-do” attitude. A team player who thrives in a dynamic, progressive sales environment.
