About the role the Brooks Running store at DFO South Wharf is seeking a passionate and energetic individual to join the team. We’re looking for someone who thrives on engaging with people, delivering memorable customer experiences, and building lasting relationships. Working closely with the Retail Manager, the successful candidate will bring enthusiasm, commitment, and a customer-first mindset to every interaction.

To succeed as a Brooks Sales Consultant, you will have strong understanding of customer care in a retail outlet environment. Proven experience in sales and consistently meeting store targets. Skilled in building and maintaining positive customer relationships. Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Solid knowledge of store operations, including stock management, merchandising, and point-of-sale systems.

To succeed as a Brooks Sales Consultant, you will bring previous experience in a retail environment. A proactive approach to participating in team training and development sessions. Strong brand awareness and the ability to represent Brooks with enthusiasm.

A keen eye for detail, ensuring high standards in presentation and customer experience. Must be flexible to work weekdays, weekends, and late-night trade as required. Ability to be flexible with hours and shifts.
