Our client is a growing company within the Energy sector specialising in Energy solutions such as Solar, LED, Power Factor Correction, Voltage optimisation and Electricity bill validation. Join a team that have a decade worth of expertise within the industry in a family business focused on achieving exceptional results and great outcomes for their clients.

With the huge market demand in Renewable Energy, use your sales experience selling products that are heavily government subsidised and help your clients reduce their energy costs and consumption. A large focus would be in NSW’s Government's Energy Efficiency Scheme which aims to reduce energy consumption within NSW. Businesses are given financial incentives such as grants to invest in energy saving projects such as LED lighting which translates into massive savings for these businesses each year and costs most businesses only $30 to set up.

Tasks will include following up on leads and inbound sales opportunities to close deals. Communicating services, grants and their benefits to business owners. Developing strong relationships with customers for cross selling and referrals. Using the CRM to manage opportunities, clients and communications. Following a systematic sales process for collecting customer requirements. Generating new leads and developing leads into new clients.

Who we are looking for someone personable with excellent communication skills, not afraid to generate their own leads and hunt for new clients, driven and looking to earn a high income and commissions, organised and can manage their time well, able to work autonomously and as part of a team, with soft sales skills that has a consultative sales style, previous experience in B2B sales.

Must have a driver’s license this role offers a choice of base plus commissions or commissions only with uncapped earnings potential and is not limited to any product or geographical region. You will have multiple streams of income and also be rewarded above regular commissions should you be able to generate your own leads and convert them into clients. Travel allowances including accommodation and food are provided by the company when travel is required and work-related equipment will be provided to the successful candidate. With success within this role you will also be able to position yourself in a leadership position in the future.
