We are a fun and supportive company that represents Australia’s leading telecommunications retailer – Telstra. We help Australian’s connect and engage with technology through Telstra’s wide range of products and services.

Come and join our sales team no previous technical knowledge is required, just your passion for people and learning, as we’ll provide all the training you’ll need. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, clear communicating and driven to succeed.

We are a tight-knit family here, so being a team player is essential. You’ll also need to be self-motivated with a willingness to listen and learn. Being target focused will also be critical. Our sales targets are KPI based and motivated team members will be rewarded generously through a commission structure on top of their base hourly rate.

Other key attributes required receptive to different personalities, solution based thinking, a want to develop and grow, initiative to drive successful outcomes, previous retail experience is not essential, however will be highly regarded. The successful applicant’s roster will range anywhere between a 20-38 hour rotating weekly roster, based on the business’ needs.
