SEASONAL Toy Store Sales Associate. We are seeking SEASONAL team members, aka Play Pros, to work in our store in City square Mall. Our ideal candidate will spend time on the sales floor assisting customers through the discovery, experience and purchase process but will also assist with receiving and stocking merchandise. Competitive Pay: 1500/ month + commission, 6 Days a week, Only Sgrean or PR or LOCs need apply. Must be 18 years of age and available to start immediately.

Maintain an expert -level knowledge of all products in the kiosk: attend trainings and keep current with product research and FAQs as needed. Help clean, organize, and restock the Kiosk area. Assist as needed with merchandising and inventory management. Assist in inventory cycle counts while demonstrating loss prevention efforts. With oversight from store management, handle incoming and outbound shipments; truck unloading; off-hours stocking.

Replenish and merchandise product on the floor; ensure pricing / signing strategies are executed. Ensure kiosk safety check performed; breakdown empty cases and place in designated discard area. Demonstrate the safe operation of a blade-type instrument designed for opening cases. Learn and perform all essential job functions at an acceptable level with minimal supervision. Maintain an expert-level knowledge of all products in the kiosk;keep current with product research and FAQs. Must be able to work holidays, flexible shifts and hours.

Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a customer service and sales role which includes receiving and merchandising tasks. Ability to meet physical requirements of the role including but not limited to standing for long periods of time when needed. Excited about new and emerging toy products and trends. Passionate about creating a dynamic customer experience. Exhibit high energy behaviors that focus on engagement and sales goals. Assess customers needs by asking open ended questions.
