About the role Job title Sales and Office Assistant. Location Onehunga, Auckland. Working hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm. Work type Part time (30 hours per week).Hourly wage $28-$30 range (depending on experience)

Requirements experience with the following  CRMs/software myob and Xero, Microsoft Excel and Outlook (E-mailing and updating order-forms), TidyStock, Affinity.

Previous professional background with an emphasis on the following would be preferrable sales/Customer Service, Book keeping/Invoicing, Marketing.

Tasks & responsibilities handle promotional sales quoting and customer inquiries. Coordinate production planning in collaboration with the warehouse team. Verify and process invoices with meticulous attention to detail. Maintain organized stock records and manage entries in MYOB.

Print and format digital labels using Affinity software. Efficiently process and fulfill orders from the web-based store. Update and distribute order forms using Excel and Outlook. Execute email newsletters to engage web-based store customers. Ensure accuracy in updating web-based store stock and product information.
