Job Description
We are seeking a creative and motivated Sales & Marketing coordinator to join our Team.

Day to day you will be based at our administration office in Bulwer. This role supports the Head of Sales and Marketing, Senior Marketing Executive and departments through the development of internal and external communications by employing a mix of communications tools to promote and support various parts of the business. This may include you contributing to digital campaigns, manage SEO and social media schedules, coordinate events and sponsorships, and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels including website updates and promotional materials.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative assistance to the Executive Management Team (EMT) as required, including but not limited to:
Preparation of presentations and proposals including Board Report
Organising Materials.
Set up and manage Townhall meetings
Coordinate and manage the execution and central storage of all customer contracts
Assist with maintaining the Customer Relationship System (CRM)
Assist in maintaining sales and marketing libraries including but not limited to:
Image Library
Branding Library
Tender Library
Assist with branding, design, ordering and coordinating requirements for new sites/depots and site refreshes such as:
Signage.
Equipment.
Assist in the formatting and development of procedures as required.
Ideally you will have:

Hold a valid driver's licence to travel between sites and client visits
5 years experience in a similar role is desirable
Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced industry
Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management and content creation
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO, and email marketing software.
Able to multitask and work well under pressure
Able to work unsupervised and in a team environment
Proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Technically savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams environment. Exposure to WordPress, Adobe suite, Canva, email marketing software, Google Analytics and social media tools.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to organise and prioritise workload with excellent time management skills
High degree of attention to detail
High level of work ethic and passion to drive continuous improvement
Ability to demonstrate customer focused outcomes
Understanding of the sales lead generation process / CRM is desirable
