Sales and Marketing Leader Renovo Technologies Ltd location Taranaki.

Renovo Technologies are a Taranaki based niche manufacturer and have an exciting opportunity for an outgoing and enthusiastic individual take the lead in creating and implementing an online business strategy for our new brand.
This role would suit someone with sales, marketing and/or design knowledge who is excited at the idea of being responsible for developing and growing a brand from inception. It is an ideal role to grow into other more senior roles and the successful applicant is expected to move into more senior roles as they increase the brand awareness, perception and sales.
Being a smaller local company we are able to develop and commercialise products quickly based on changing market needs which will provide the successful applicant scope to expand into a number possible market segments. They will have input into product concepts and attributes at the development stage which will allow them to target products specifically at desired market segments they identify. It will also require someone who can adapt to the many varied requirements of the role.
The successful applicant will report to the Managing Director and will be given full scope to develop, implement and execute a marketing plan for our brand with a focus on eCommerce platforms.
To be considered for this role you will need enthusiasm and an outgoing approach to life. Good communication skills, both written and oral. Knowledge or experience of creation and implementation of marketing plans. A good understanding of e-commerce and how to maximise messaging across all sales channels Experience with SEO and optimization of social media campaigns. Attention to detail. Excellent computer skills. Enjoy being part of a team environment. Be an NZ citizen, resident or hold a valid work visa.
An advantage to the role are qualification in Marketing/Business. Experience with website design. Experience with a relevant graphic design software suite and the skills to create basic marketing material. Experience managing an eCommerce store. Experience with FMCG markets. Practical, hands-on approach with a can-do attitude.
