Heart of role we are currently looking for a Sales & E-Commerce Manager to join our amazing Andoo Team in New Zealand due to our ongoing growth.

This role is all about driving the E-Commerce product and Sales strategy to elevate the brand experience, and increase customer confidence to shop online and drive conversion. The Sales & E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for identifying and converting market opportunities, developing partnerships, refining user experience, and building out the DNA of the brand.

What your day-to-day might look like support the development, maintenance and execution of the online business strategy for Andoo. Measure weekly/monthly sales performance, reporting on key insights and opportunities to grow the business unit’s KPIs in Revenue, Margin and NPS.

Ensuring the website delivers an exceptional customer experience and sales growth. Assist with the ideation, creation and execution of program, product launches and promotional calendar planning with the Digital Marketing Manager and be responsible for merchandising promotions, including product, price and badging on the website.

Collaborating with our in-house content team on required photography and copy to elevate our products online. Developing new and existing relationships with our B2B partnered suppliers through the partnership team.

A bit about you bachelor of Commerce/Business or equivalent experience. Strategy development and analytical skills. Deep Web Content Management experience (CMS). Proficient in Product Inventory Management (PIM) systems. Proficient in Google Analytics. Previous experience working with an ERP (SAP Preference).

Strong stakeholder management. Dynamic and Entrepreneurial personality with great energy and initiatives. Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence. Demonstrated sales success with experience.
