THE OPPORTUNITY

Do you have a passion for customer service and an eye for elegant home designs? If so then make your passion a reality and join a motivated retail team as a Customer Service Officer, based at our Berrimah home improvement store.

We are seeking a career orientated professional to learn all aspects within a dynamic retail store, servicing a wide range of our products and services, reporting to the Store Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Face to face and telephone customer service and sales
Assist customers to find innovative design solutions
Prepare accurate and timely project quotations
Maintain store stock levels and general housekeeping
Assist in customer pick-up area to ensure product are loaded safely into customer vehicles
Engage in regular product and sales training
Strict adherence to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment
ABOUT YOU

Proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales
A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
Previous experience within a retail and /or building industry preferred
Competency with software systems
Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
