Sales and Customer Relations Junior Ruka Wholesale and Distributors location Auckland.

Job profile the main objective of this position is to provide the highest standard of customer service and support at all times to valued customers and to support sales representatives in the field and warehouse staff. This role is seeking a creative and energetic outgoing junior administrator that enjoys multitasking and problem solving to join our small office team.

Tasks job sharing ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming customer orders, as well as handling incoming enquiries. Accurate document processing and data entry is required. Responding in a timely and accurate manner to customer enquiries received. Maintain a close liaison and support with warehouse staff, drivers and sales reps.

Skills/experience applicant must have customer service experience. Great phone manner. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Strong Numeracy skills. Excellent computer literacy. Fast processing skills are beneficial with experience in Excel and Microsoft word. Hours of work are Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 4pm and Friday 8am - 1pm
