Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Contract Administrator to join our team at Sunshine North. Reporting to the Project Team Manager - VIC, the Sales and Contract Administrator is responsible for assisting the Senior Project Manager CS and providing accurate reporting and record-keeping for various major projects, as part of the reinforcing supply contract.
The role will support the Construction Solutions team within VIC along with validation of credits, dispute resolution, monthly reporting, upkeep of lead management and on hand project databases.
The role will also include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities
Prepare all documentation for submission of quotes and tender submissions.
Management of contractual documentation with our large commercial contractors
Record and maintain all contract documentation for easy and accurate access.
Manage monthly claims for submission to high value customers, ensuring all relevant documentation is in keeping with contractual obligations and ensuring timely payment of goods is received.
Investigate customer related complaints and prepare non-conformance reports identifying root causes.
Maintain reports and project register on a weekly basis.
Leverage relationships with customers and relevant internal stakeholders to support the efficient delivery of goods and services and settlement of disputes.
Timely and efficient handling of customer disputes and resolutions with credit department and tender process management
To Be Successful
Prior experience in either Contract Administration, Customer Service or in the Building Supply Industry will be highly desirable.
Diploma or certification in relevant discipline would be considered an advantage.
Knowledge of traditional construction and project management methods, procedures and processes
High level of stakeholder management with both internal and external clients
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programs
Understand of basic accounting concepts related to accounts payable, accounts receivable and inventory
A highly analytical approach and strong attention to detail
High level of written and verbal communication skills
Maintain good working relationships and professionalism with clients
