Sales and Client Relationship Manager Hudson location Auckland.

As a Sales and Client Relationship Manager, you will take the lead in winning, nurturing and fostering deep relationships within targeted private sector accounts across New Zealand. You will work with our specialist team of recruitment professionals who specialise in technology, projects and transformation, placing Talent into independent contractor and permanent engagements.

You got it - you focus on the client relationships whilst our customer success and recruitment team executes, finding the right talent and filling the roles. Excited by data driven insights, you will be curious and passionate about results looking to build the success of our brand in the Technology sector.

What will you do everyday develop a sales, business development and account management plan including, market mapping. Organise and attend client meetings with key stakeholders, in order to understand their business, technology and people problems, build relationships and pitching our tailored people solutions.

Drive and execute RFT/RFP responses. Negotiate contract terms, including taking job briefs and understanding work to be done for the client. Working with our delivery team on ensuring the client's needs are planned for, met and delivered on time and on budget. Facilitate business and performance review with key clients. Attend core industry events. Report regularly on sales activity, pipeline, and financial data.

Desirable experience negotiating, tendering, panel and marketplace procurement. An understanding of Digital Transformations in the New Zealand marketplace. Recruitment experience or knowledge of people solutions and recruitment delivery models. Account management and Business Development experience, with proven success growing sales pipelines.
