Description your role will involve meet and Greet Clients. Direct Incoming Calls. General Administrative Duties. Mailing, Banking, Filing, Stationary Management. Manage All Marketing Assist with Management, Sales Agent’s Admin, appraisal documents.

Essential qualities we are looking for min 12 Months Experience in Real Estate or PA Roles. High Attention to Detail. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills. Immaculate Presentation. Ability to work Autonomously in a Fast Paced Environment. Systematic and Organised. Highly Motivated with a Desire to Succeed. Good Sense of Humour.

Must Be a Team Player With a Can-Do attitude, Strong Work Ethic. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Have a current certificate of real estate registration. or willing to obtain one in the near future. Highly organised with excellent time management skills. Exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude". Your personality must be enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated and have high ethical values. Be able to work as part of a team.

Recruiting and carrying out interviews. Implementing new company initiatives. Ensuring compliance with the Act/legislation. Encouraging the highest customer service standards across all departments of the business. Proactively looking for new innovations within the industry. Managing all supplier relationships and contracts. Organising all office services, products and equipment. Ad hoc projects.

Set up of new systems. Follow procedures to ensure best practise and efficiency. Rolling out updates. Keeping up with new innovations and possibilities as well as changing legislature and requirements. Guidance for all administration staff. You will need awesome communication skills, attention to detail, organisational skills and a love of efficiency and systems. You will also have a level head, maturity and a professional approach with the ability to oversee and manage people.

The successful applicant will need to be well presented, professional, organised, friendly, able to work unsupervised and have a track record of providing exceptional customer service. This is a challenging position with the dual demands of responding to customer enquiry and assisting with the administrative needs of our property management department.
