Planet Media is a Student Media Company that is a part of the OUSA. Planet Media specialises in producing high-quality student and ‘young adult’ focused media. We offer a targeted way for both local and national advertisers to reach Dunedin’s tertiary students, with tailored, results-driven campaigns.

About the role this position looks to build and maintain long-term relationships with local and national clients. With a sales-driven focus, the Sales Account Manager meets and exceeds advertising, sales and sponsorship targets.

Other duties include create customised creative cross-media campaigns. Communicate and work collaboratively with OUSA departments. Actively engage in networking and sale opportunities to secure new clients. Develop and maintain our client database. Ensure an excellent level of customer service.

About you we are looking for someone that is passionate about sales and brings an energy and spark to the role. To be successful in this role you will have proven sales or customer-focused experience. Be self-driven while able to work alongside others to achieve team goals. Work well under pressure and have the ability to remain organised and meet deadlines. Have a great sense of humour and contribute positively to OUSA.
