Albright Institute is currently looking for an experienced Administration/Admissions Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. Working with extremely supportive management team, great team members from all around the globe and a challenging and dynamic environment will ensure you grow and help our business grow as well.

About the role the Administration/Admissions Officer has a broad range of responsibilities to ensure the business and also our students receive the utmost support that is required for excellence. Some of the responsibilities of the role are ensure all administrative processes are followed in an accurate and timely manner.

Manage the receptionist duties according to the staff roster. Ensure student files are accurately maintained. Maintain Albright Institute’s SMS (RTO Manager- Meshed Group). Process Offer letters and CoEs (including variations: cancellations, deferments, suspensions, ITRs, transfers away, concurrent CoEs).

Act as the first point of contact for students and external clients and assist with various enquiries. Time management and work load management and attention to detail. Provide support to the Management Team as required. Assist Front Desk (Student services) officers should the need arise.

Essential requirements for the role demonstrated interpersonal skills and experience in communication via phone, email and text and other possible platforms. Understand ESOS Act, National Code and other related industry legislation.

A can do attitude and eye for detail. Ability to maintain strong relationships and be a team player. Accurate data entry skills. Good command of written and Spoken English. Advanced Computer literacy. Ability to manage complex systems (RTOM and Prisms). Ability to manage time and workload. Ability to present a positive image to all our clients.
