About the role headspace Digital Mental Health Programs is a division of headspace National and provides online support via digital mediums to young people and their families across Australia. The Rostering and Administration Officer role will mostly work with the eheadspace team, helping to manage the 7 day a week roster.

This role reports to the Operations Coordinator and will also work across other teams providing administration support for things like appointment booking and confirmation, referral management, inbox monitoring, data input, invoice processing.

Headspace is seeking someone with excellent eye for detail. Experience with the microsoft suite. Growth mindset with new technology. Can do attitude with a problem-solving focus. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team member, sometimes with time pressures and whilst managing multiple tasks. It would be great if you had some experience with rostering and compliance

Salary range of $50,000-$60,000 pro rata, dependant on years of experience and qualifications. Part time opportunity available for 0.8FTE (negotiable).
