As a Room Leader, you’ll be an essential part of our children's journey, playing a pivotal role in their growth and development. Your Role & Impact
Inspire and Lead: Guide and motivate a team of educators to provide exceptional care and learning experiences.
Develop and Implement: Craft a dynamic, child-centred curriculum that supports emotional, social, and intellectual growth, building a lifelong love of learning.
Build Relationships: Cultivate open communication and collaboration with families, creating a strong community connection for every child’s well-being.
Innovate: Keep the learning environment fresh and fun by introducing creative, evidence-based teaching methodologies.
Advocate for Children: Prioritise the interests and needs of each child, ensuring they feel safe, heard, and engaged every day.
Role Requirements
Working towards or holding a Diploma in ECEC (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Valid WWCC
Child Protection (Mandatory Reporting), Red Nose, Safe Sleeping and Food Safety training (or willing to obtain)
Solid understanding of Child Safe Standards, EYLF, and the NQF
