In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Client Success and play a crucial role in prospecting, building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. As a Retention Manager, your responsibilities will include prospecting, managing the day-day-day renewal process, and efficiently communicating with clients about the mortgage lifecycle.
