Description and Requirements

As the Territory Manager for Western Australia & South Australia, you will be responsible for managing assigned retail accounts and driving Lenovo’s in-store presence, sales, and brand engagement across key consumer retailers. You will play a hands-on role in training, merchandising, field engagement, and fostering long-term relationships with retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Enablement & Relationship Management
Manage and support Lenovo’s brand and sales objectives within assigned territory/accounts.
Conduct regular in-store field visits to strengthen long-term relationships with key retail stakeholders.
Act as the primary Lenovo representative to retail teams in your territory.
Product Training & Engagement
Deliver ongoing product training and updates to retail sales representatives.
Drive retail staff engagement and product knowledge to influence positive sales outcomes.
Inventory & Merchandising Oversight
Proactively monitor and manage retail inventory levels and stock health.
Ensure visual merchandising standards and promotional displays align with Lenovo’s brand guidelines.
Coordinate with internal and external merchandising teams to maintain optimal store execution.
Retail Events & Promotions
Support and activate Lenovo’s presence at local retail trade events and in-store activations.
Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate reporting and timely completion of required administrative tasks.
Provide market insights and feedback to internal stakeholders to inform broader retail strategy.
Key Requirements

Experience in consumer sales or retail account management, preferably in consumer electronics or technology.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage retail teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently in a field-based role.
High level of initiative and results-driven mindset.
