The role we are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service and sales at our Norwood Mitre 10 store in a Permanant Full-Time Position. As a Retail Team Member, you will be a clear communicator, highly approachable and an effective team player. You will deliver excellent customer service throughout our retail department, develop strong relationships with customers and be focused on stock and presentation.
Responsibilities include provide great service and advise customers on products and services. Build relationships with customers and be able to identify their needs. Prepare customer quotes. Manage stock levels, minimise shrinkage and stock loss. Maintain correct stock tickets. Perform stock refill. WHS and housekeeping. Adhere to administrative requirements.
Requires skills and attributes strong interpersonal skills and able to work within a team. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Excellent computer skills.
