The ideal person will have picked up skills and experience working with a larger chain store but may be a bit sick and tired of their corporate bullshit, and looking for somewhere they can make an impact & have their voice heard.

You’ll be responsible for people hiring, developing, managing, motivating & training a team to deliver / achieve set goals. Vibes When you walk into the store it feels like more than just a store there’s a vibe that you can’t quite quantify. but it doesn’t feel like a large, faceless chain of stores. Love Building love and relationships with the local community & our fellow smugglers. Creation This can range from creating content for our socials to creating events for the community to be a part of.
