Description deliver overall and individual outlet targets set weekly targets for the retail staff on which products they should push based on shared plan from marketing team, manage and motivate all retail staff, organize and manage staff schedules in coordination with operations manager, ensure that store displays are correct & makes sure the merchandising is following the guidelines, propose monthly merchandising plan, ensure the shoes look clean and are ready to be displayed, ensure hours of operation are in compliance with mall guidelines, maintain store’s cleanliness and health and safety measures, coach, counsel, help recruit, train, and discipline employees, evaluate on-the-job performance of retail staff with a given set of kpi, monitor inventory levels at the different locations and ensure items are in stock, identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers from there feedback and compile a report back to ho (once a month), monitor local competitors and compiles a report on any significant price fluctuations, promotions, or campaigns (once a month), recommend changes to current sales techniques or procedures based on team performance and new selling techniques, preside in staff and management meetings, carry out quarterly sales training alongside sales manager, keep retail staff informed on the latest updates, campaigns, and new products that are received from ho help retail sales staff achieve sales targets, handle customer questions, complaints, and issues while in the store.
