Retail Outlet Officer location Eunos / Geylang / Paya Lebar, East.

Job duty manage and deliver customer-focused service in all retail outlet. Implement standardized guidelines & procedures and monitor store performance. Achieve sales revenue target, sales shipment target and sales leads target. Deploy innovative technological automation in the retail outlet. Win, retain and develop Cash Customers through sales hunting activity such as calls.

Upsell additional services to the existing client base to increase volume and sales revenue. Ensure full and complete customer data in POS. Track store performance through a store scorecard sheet. Undertakes any assignment/special project such as sales campaigns as determined by the Retail Manager.

Job information location Tai Seng. Base salary $2200 to $2600 + sales comission upon confirmation (3 months’ probation). Working days/hours 5 working days with rotating shift i.e, 8.30 to 6, 9.30 to 7, including weekends. Duration 6 months - 1 year contract.

Requirements minimum 2 years of experience in frontline customer service, marketing or sales, Able to work 2 years, Min. Diploma.
