About the role

As part of the showroom team in Heidelberg, you’ll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

Your day to day

A typical day will involve:

Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products

Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone

Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life

Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships

Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers

Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow

Is comfortable with a computer and is happy to learn new systems

Is open to working various shifts, including weekends

Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network (we love to promote people from within)
