About the Role:

Join our RACV Retail store in Highpoint, where we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our community. We’re looking for a Part Time Customer Service Specialist to become a valued member of our team.

As a Retail Consultant, you’ll play a key role in helping our members and customers find the best-value products to suit their needs, providing peace of mind through one of Victoria’s most trusted brands. You’ll be the first point of contact, both in-store and over the phone, ensuring meaningful conversations that support our members when they need us most. Through our comprehensive training and development program, you’ll become multi-skilled and confident in providing valuable information across RACV’s full range of offerings. Including Motor & Home Insurance, Emergency Assistance products, Travel Insurance, and Attraction Tickets.

This is a blended role where you’ll also assist our Memberline Contact Centre with inbound calls related to home and motor insurance.

Role Details:

Permanent part-time role - 25 hours per week, commencing Wednesday, the 5th of November
6-week fixed shift roster - Monday to Friday including a balanced rotation of Saturday shifts. No Public Holiday work!
Fluent in Vietnamese preferred

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone
Educating customers on RACV’s range of products including Motor & Home Insurance, Emergency Assistance, Travel Insurance, and Attraction Tickets
Supporting customers with tailored solutions and peace of mind
Participating in a rotating roster, including Saturdays
Becoming multi-skilled through ongoing training and development

What We’re Looking For

Experience in face-to-face customer service within a retail or corporate environment (e.g. banking, travel, insurance, retail)
Strong phone-based customer service skills
Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Confident navigating multiple systems
Enthusiastic, resilient, and committed to delivering a positive member experience
A collaborative team player
Fluent in Vietnamese preferred

Training & Development

We offer a 7-week full-time paid training program (Monday–Friday), which may include 2–3 days at our Noble Park office.

After training, you’ll transition to your dedicated part time rostered hours.
