Responsible for retail activities by proving customers with exceptional services by meeting needs and exceeding expectations, be a brand ambassador and promote the values of the brand through creating a luxury client experience, ability to discuss with clients and give advice and recommendations on general food product trends, foster open and constructive communications, consistently achieve / exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals, drive and exceed individual kpi goals, capture and maintain relevant customer data according to the customer relations management / company database; for future client development opportunities, maintain an organized client list, regularly contacting clients and providing appropriate follow up on all sales or client's requests, contribute to upholding the visual display of all products in accordance with visual standards, adhere to company's image and grooming standards, follow all company policies and procedures. Requirements min. 1 year of luxury food product sales experience, proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results, good interpersonal and social skills to build lasting relationships with customers, excellent communication skills (spoken and written), strong follow up skills are essential for handle multiple tasks / follow ups, high flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers, able to commit a flexible schedule based on business needs, which includes evenings, weekends and holidays. Other Information 50hrs / 5 days’ work week, assigned to either outlets, depending on operational needs.
