About the role we are looking for a friendly and engaging part-time Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. If you have a passion for retail, enjoy assisting customers, and love working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
As a Retail Pharmacy Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a warm & friendly customer service experience, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring the store is well presented and fully stocked. Days of work: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday – 18 hours per week
Reporting through to the Pharmacy Manager, responsibilities of the role include greeting all customers and offering assistance with product selection. Using your product knowledge to upsell and increase basket size. The desire to be in front of customers and selling on the floor. Supporting team members when required. Achieving KPI’s and sales targets. Assist in maintaining store displays and arranging merchandise. Ensuring the store is clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
What are we looking for from you previous pharmacy experience is preferred but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided. A passion for selling and exceeding your sales targets. Great communication and interpersonal skills, you love being around and engaging with people. A friendly, positive attitude and fantastic customer service skills. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques.
