Currently, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Retail Assistant in our Vape Merchant Hawkes Bay Team. We are seeking a motivated and experienced retail professional who wants to grow with us and be part of our exciting industry. Reporting to our Team Leader Hawkes Bay, this role will work across both our Hastings and Napier stores and contribute to the overall smooth and efficient running of those retail operations and drive retail sales.

Key areas of responsibility include providing outstanding customer service. Creating new and strengthening existing customer relationships. Maintaining and monitoring inventory levels. Ensuring the store is clean and otherwise maintained in accordance with our visual merchandising standards. Assisting with stock takes. Processing online customer orders.
