We are currently seeking Restaurant Supervisors & Hospitality Managers for our Brighton Le Sands location. The successful applicant will work alongside a team of professionals committed to the casual dining experience. Job description planning and organising special functions, arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget, maintaining records of stock levels, ensuring venue compliance with health regulations, conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with service, selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff, providing feedback to boh for planning of menus. Experience/skills required providing leadership and direction to the restaurant staff, ensuring excellence in guest service, training staff, managing food safety policies and procedures, excellent organisational and people skills, maintaining stock levels, 3 years restaurant management experience, an attractive salary will be offered to the right candidates along with the opportunity to build a successful career with this progressive company.
