Responsibilities assist manager to oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations. Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally. Maintain quality control for all food served. Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience.

Perform stocks ordering. Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly. Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards. Able to be hands-on with the outlet operations. Any adhoc duties assigned by Manager.

Requirements min 2 years of relevant working experience in F&B industries. Comfortable to work non-halal consumables. Got hygiene certificate preferred. Able to work weekends & Public Holiday.

Information basic Salary up to $2,800 per month + OT + AWS + Bonus + Good Benefits. Working Location Island wide. Working hours 8 hours/day, 6 days/week. Store operating hour 11am – 10pm – Specific time schedule will arrange by Store Manager directly. Singaporean Only.
