Job responsibilities successfully worked at least 2-3 years in head chef position, take care of daily food preparation standard & quality set by the restaurant, follows the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks, ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times, prepare cook food items and maintain the kitchen cleanliness at all times, creating new dishes and propose changes to the menu, comfortable to independently hire, run and manage the kitchen team.
