Reservations and Office Staff Entrecôte location Melbourne.

In the hope that the current Hospitality trading restrictions begin to ease in the coming weeks, Entrecote Parisian Steakhouse would like to open expressions of interest to professional and passionate Reservations and Office staff. This role will require highly organised and professional candidates with at least 5 years hospitality experience AND events experience.

Our focus is always centered on exceptional customer service, attention to detail at every level, We are looking for passionate hospitality professionals who want to build a long term career within the Entrecôte team.

The successful applicants will have the ability to multi-task under pressure. Be confident and assertive but with a calm and collected demeanour. Have a strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude. Work well as a contributing member of a tight-knit team. Have exceptional presentation and grooming. Be able to efficiently time-manage as the role is mostly autonomous. Use your initiative and be able to problem solve. Be able and willing to work a flexible roster including weekends and public holidays. Previous experience using OrderMate, Providoor and Hungry Hungry highly advantageous.
