We’ve entered an exciting growth period, with several key projects and initiatives underway. We need extra support in our team to help us reach our next major milestone. Initially for 12 months, this role offers flexibility and potential for the right person.

About this role this role is all about the numbers.  You’ll be doing the heavy lifting for the team, analysing data, modelling scenarios and providing rockstar reporting to enable effective and responsive data-driven decisions.

You will enhance system processes and tools to improve data accuracy and timeliness. Build high level models and reconciliations to improve reporting integrity. Develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards and performance metrics. Lead the data cleanse and rebuild of IBM Planning & Analytics (IPA). Provide analytic support for the CIO, CFO and Strategy and Finance Team. Proactively improve and generate innovative solutions to commercial finance situations.

About you highly analytical and with strong attention to detail, you’ll be able to showcase the data, providing insights and critical analysis to help our decision making. You’ll have experience working with complex spreadsheets and data sources, and a desire to keep data clean, accurate and precise.  Previous experience in IPA or Power BI will also be an advantage.

Working in a dynamic, deadline driven environment, you’ll need to be agile, adaptable and able to pick things up quickly. A good communicator and easy to get on with, you will work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team. Just as important, we’re looking for a motivated team player with strong team ‘fit’, lots of energy and a desire to succeed.
