We are seeking an experienced Repair Coordinator to join our team due to continued expansion and increasing project demand.
This role is ideal for a capable, solutions-focused coordinator with strong experience in insurance repairs or construction scheduling. You will confidently manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
Coordinate insurance repair projects from approval through to completion
Manage scheduling, workflow, and project administration with accuracy and structure
Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, insurers, supervisors, and trades
Drive progress across multiple projects while ensuring timelines, quality, and KPIs are met
Proactively resolve issues to maintain momentum and achieve positive outcomes
About You
Proven experience in insurance repairs, claims coordination, construction scheduling, or building administration
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
Professional, accountable, and solutions-focused approach
Experience with PRIME software highly regarded
Relevant industry qualifications advantageous
