Your opportunity to successfully deliver a wide range of tenancy, administration and office support services including managing regular client income reviews, managing local and National projects and overseeing office administrative processes.

Provide administrative support services to staff, clients and stakeholders and support the daily office functions of the organisation. Lead the household income review process for social and affordable housing tenants adhering to legislative timeframes and ensuring compliance with organisational and state based requirements.

Your key responsibilities will be to maintain a high level of accuracy of data and record keeping when conducting rent reviews. Undertake local and National Projects under the supervision of Rent Review and Admin Coordinator.

Ensure client records are kept up to date and information recorded meets MAH and Regulatory standards. Ensure all administration and communication tasks are carried out in accordance with relevant privacy legislation and policies.

Complete or oversee a range of administration tasks to ensure the efficient running of the office. Manage key office coordination tasks including overseeing cleaning, ordering supplies. Manage shared room calendars and pooled car calendars.

Requirements for success previous housing experience in a community housing or government setting. Solid understanding of the community housing sector and the needs of social and affordable housing tenants.

Competent in the use of information technology. Strong attention to detail. Satisfactory Criminal Record Check and Working with Children Check. Understanding of the needs of people on low incomes and vulnerable people. Understanding of current and future Mission Australia Housing systems a significant advantage.

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
