Responsibilities develop existing and acquire new business accounts to generate revenue growth in the commercial segments, proactively implement strategies to enhance existing and new relationships, use multiple prospecting methods to generate leads, set up sales meetings and pitch appropriate solution-offerings to prospects, acquire new commercial banking customers and build successful relationships with customers, provide efficient and quality commercial banking services to customers, cross-sell banking products to customers, actively seeking referrals from new and existing customers. Requirements bachelor’s degree in business, banking & finance, or related areas, fresh diploma graduates, entry level / some years of relevant experience are welcome to apply, some knowledge of commercial banking products will be an advantage, self-motivated with a passion to excel in sales, must be results oriented, analytical with problem-solving ability, and able to develop good business relationships with customers, good communication and interpersonal skills, committed to service excellence, highly driven and a fast learner, proven track record of achieving sales targets, good presentation skills in putting forward proposals for clients, whenever necessary.
